Simplifying Home Sales, Transforming Spaces, Inspiring the Next Chapter.

Who We Are

Founded in 2021, Fort Homes Inc. buys and sells homes across Maryland. We take pride in keeping things simple but professional—being honest, treating people right, and doing what we say we’re going to do.

That means making fair offers to home sellers, and taking pride in the beautiful homes we present to buyers – demanding high standards in construction and design.

We are not a real estate brokerage, we’re a real estate investment company. That means we buy homes in a private sale, as-is/no repairs, usually with cash offers, on a much faster timeline than traditional sales.

A lot of people call us when they just want to move on from a house that is causing them  a lot of stress.

We know there’s no shortage of “We Buy Houses for Cash” companies—and we also know why people are skeptical. That’s why we take a different approach. We explain exactly how the process works, and give you a clear understanding of what to expect before you make any decisions.

We even provide a Seller Roadmap—a simple breakdown of all the options for how to sell your house. Whether you’re dealing with an inherited home, a property that needs repairs or clean-out, or a time-sensitive situation, we’re here to help you make the right move.

For many homeowners, that means a quick, off-market cash sale—no repairs, no clean out, and closing in as little as two weeks. But if that’s not the best option, we’ll tell you. No pressure. No surprises. Just honest guidance.

Locally rooted in South Baltimore and Howard County, our goal is simple: help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind that you walked away with the best deal.

  • Feel Like Your House Is “Too Far Gone”?

Let’s just say it out loud—maybe you’re embarrassed about the condition of the house.
    Maybe it’s cluttered, half-finished, outdated, or just… a lot.

We get it. And more importantly—we’ve seen it all.

There is no such thing as a house that’s “too bad” for us. Seriously. We’ve walked into homes in every condition you can imagine, and none of it scares us off.

And don’t worry—we’re not going to parade contractors, agents, and strangers through your house. No judgment. No awkward conversations.

If you want help cleaning it out, we’ve got you.
If you’d rather take your time and go through things yourself, that’s completely fine too.

And if you just want to walk away? You can.

Leave whatever you don’t want behind—furniture, clothes, boxes, unfinished projects… all of it. We’ll handle the cleanout and make sure anything that can be donated gets to the right place.

No pressure. No shame. Just a way forward.

  • Inherited a House and Not Sure What to Do?

If you’ve inherited a property, you’re probably dealing with more than just the house.

There’s the stuff inside. The memories. Family dynamics. Maybe probate. And a lot of “where do I even start?”

We’ve worked with a lot of families in this exact spot.

You don’t have to rush. You don’t have to have it all figured out. We’ll walk you through what your options actually are and help you take the next step—whatever that looks like for you.

If the house is full, we can help with cleanout.
If you need time to go through everything, take it.
If there are legal pieces involved, we’ll point you in the right direction so nothing gets messed up.

And if selling ends up being the right move, we can make it simple—buying the home as-is, with everything inside if that’s what you want.

No pressure. No confusion. Just someone in your corner to help you figure it out.

  • Need to Get Out Fast?

If you’re dealing with financial pressure, the house can start to feel like a weight.

    Maybe you’re behind on payments.
Maybe foreclosure is around the corner.
Maybe you just need to be done—now.

You’re not the only one who’s been here. And you’re not out of options.

The biggest thing is time. The sooner you understand what’s possible, the more control you have. We’ll walk you through your options clearly—what a fast sale looks like, what timelines you’re working with, and what actually puts you in the best position.

If moving quickly is the right move, we can buy the house as-is and close in as little as two weeks. No repairs. No delays. No drawn-out process.

And if selling isn’t the best option, we’ll tell you that too.

No pressure. No games. Just a straightforward path forward so you can move on.

Life doesn't always give you time.

Job change. Divorce. Estate. Financial pressure. Whatever the reason — when you need to sell fast, you need the right people in your corner.

When you need to sell a house fast, Maryland turns to Fort Homes.
