With a track record of success, he has overseen the growth of teams from $42M to $96M in annual revenue over three years, leading over 70 employees across various regions. At Fort Homes, Greg plays a pivotal role in shaping our long-term vision and establishing the infrastructure and strategies necessary to consistently exceed our growth targets while prioritizing the needs of our clients and buyers across the markets we serve. Drawing upon his analytical prowess and financial acumen, he oversees the investment strategy and operational aspects of the business, ensuring that each venture is strategically aligned with long-term objectives and delivers optimal returns.
Hector Ramos, Acquisitions Manager
Hector brings a strong blend of acquisition expertise, creative problem-solving, and relationship-driven sales to the Fort Homes team. With a background spanning wholesaling, leasing, and mortgage lending, he offers a well-rounded perspective on identifying opportunities and guiding sellers through complex real estate decisions, particularly through non-traditional solutions others might overlook. His passion for real estate was sparked early through years of studying home design, construction, and renovation, and later refined through hands-on experience sourcing and analyzing deals across multiple markets.
As Acquisitions Manager at Fort Homes, Hector focuses on building trusted relationships with homeowners, agents, and wholesalers while structuring creative solutions that align seller needs with Fort Homes’ investment strategy. Known for his authenticity and collaborative approach, Hector plays a key role in driving deal flow, evaluating opportunities, and helping Fort Homes consistently deliver thoughtful outcomes for sellers and long-term value across the markets it serves.
