Acquisition Manager

Overview

Fort Homes is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our rapidly growing real estate investment team. As an Acquisition Manager, you’ll own the front end of our investment pipeline — sourcing, negotiating, and securing undervalued single-family and small multifamily properties that align with our buy box and ROI goals. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving results. It’s a performance-based position that rewards initiative, consistency, and creative problem-solving. You don’t need prior real estate experience — what matters most is your curiosity, drive, and commitment to growing with the team. We’re looking for someone who wants to contribute to something bigger, help shape the direction of a scaling company, and be rewarded for it. As Fort Homes continues to expand, top performers will have the opportunity to share in that growth — including potential future equity participation.
